Rugby and its management has extensive experience working in environmentally unique areas around the world. Since its founding in 2007, Rugby has been committed to exploration best practices and environmental responsibility. This includes completing environmental base-line studies to determine how best to eliminate potential environmental damage when approaching the exploration process. The Company believes in proactive reforestation practices and full land reclamation.

Rugby employs local people to establish projects like indigenous plant nurseries. Pictured above is one of our Nursery supervisors at our Mabuhay Project in the Philippines. Reforestation programs not only benefit the project area, but it provides useful skills to the local people for future cultivation businesses.
